What we do
Pick one service or all of them. We do the boring foundational work right so the lawn keeps looking good between visits.

How it works
We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.
We come out, listen to what you want, and look at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no surprises.
You get a flat per-visit price the same day. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no add-ons.
Once we start, I show up the same morning every week — same truck, same mower, same person. Quiet, on-time, gate latched.
The Lake Travis reality
Jonestown, Lago Vista, Volente — these aren’t flat suburban lawns. They’re hill-country lots with rock under the grass, cedar leaning on the fence, and a bank that drops to the lake. A crew that learned on Round Rock subdivisions doesn’t know what to do with that. I’ve been working these lots for ten years.
Half the yards in Jonestown drop 15+ feet from the driveway to the lake side. I run a walk-behind that handles the bank — a 60" zero-turn would scalp it.
Rocky white caliche shows up everywhere. It changes how I cut height in summer and where I can — and can't — sink a sprinkler trench. I tell you before I dig, not after.
Cedar wants to take your view, your driveway, and your propane tank back. I clear, haul, and don't pile the brush at the curb where your HOA will see it.
No live-oak cuts February through June — wilt season. If a limb is dropping over the deck and has to go, I paint the cut and time it right.

Most of these are weekly customers. The lawn looks like this between our visits — that’s the point.

In their words
Some of the long-time customers who put up with us showing up every week, rain or shine.
Eric was very good to respond. Communicated when they would be here and did an awesome job. Glad we have a guy out here who actually picks up the phone.

Our lot is half cliff and half live oak — most lawn guys take one look and disappear. Eric walked the whole thing, told me what he could and couldn't do, and then did exactly what he said he would.

Took down two hackberries leaning over the boat dock and ground the stumps. Clean job, hauled everything off, fair price. Will use again.
