Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Weekly Mowing

Clean cut, sharp edges, walks blown clean — on the same morning every week, even when the cedar pollen is up to your knees.

Weekly or bi-weekly mowing tuned for hill-country grass — Bermuda, St. Augustine, native zoysia patches. Cut height changes through the year so the lawn keeps moisture during August and never gets scalped on a thin caliche topsoil. Edged at every visit, walks and drives blown clean, and the gate latched on the way out.

  • Edging & Trimming

Crisp lines along beds, walks, and the awkward limestone borders only Lake Travis lots seem to have.

Power-edged borders that hold the line for the full week, careful string-trim work around fences, mailboxes, cedar stumps, and live oak skirts. Final pass with the blower so nothing carries over to the porch or the lake-view deck.

  • Tree Services

Pruning, removal, stump-out, and clearing the cedar that wants to take your driveway back. Insured and roped where it counts.

Live-oak pruning timed to avoid wilt season (no cuts Feb–Jun). Cedar (Ashe juniper) clearing and limb work for view restoration. Removals up to mid-size with proper rigging on steep lots, stump grinding, brush hauled off — not piled at the curb. Tree cabling and bracing for older oaks. Insect and disease checks on request.

  • Bed Maintenance

Hand-weeded beds, fresh mulch, and pruning timed to the plant — not the calendar.

Hand-pulled weeds (no glyphosate near vegetable beds unless you ask), seasonal pruning timed to each plant, and a mulch top-up every spring and fall. Native plant beds — salvia, Mexican feathergrass, agarita — get the soft pruning they actually want.

  • Spring & Fall Cleanups

The big two — oak leaves, cedar duff, and dead growth out; mulch and edges reset for the season.

A full-property reset twice a year. Spring: cedar fever clean-up, cut back perennials, edge beds, refresh mulch, spot-treat oak wilt suspects. Fall: bag oak leaves, blow out beds and ground-level gutters, cut back what wants cutting, prep the lawn for the dormancy stretch.

  • Mulch Installation

Hardwood, cedar, or shredded native — set at the right depth so the beds look fresh and the weeds give up.

Bulk-delivered mulch hand-spread to a consistent 2 to 3 inches around plants and trees, with a clean edge against the lawn. Old clumped mulch pulled out first if it needs it. Cedar mulch is local and free for me to source — happy to use it on bigger jobs.

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
